As Executive Director, Carmen Miller is always willing to help with community events whenever  possible. At the annual state of the community luncheon, Mayor Rose Espinoza gave an over view of city news and information. The luncheon was well attended and is put on by the La Habra Chamber of Commerce. La Habra Meals on Wheels is a La Habra Chamber member.
