Larry Spooner collects broken and gently used bikes, fixes them up like new and then donates them to Scott Miller of the La Habra Collaborative.  The bikes are then raffled off for free  at the Hillcrest Health & Wellness Center to deserving members of our community in need of a bike. Thank you Larry for your dedication to the residents of La Habra.
